I do have a question. Okay, I’m about to knock these out right now to do the whole shebang without stopping. So for her on her side, I’m doing the drop strokes, the waves, and I’m inserting the grind insert. So I’m doing the 10 matches surge grind. So pretty much my question is, it says grind insert, 10 matches surge, grind reps between each drop through wave set. So am I doing the four drop strokes, then doing the 10 matcha grinds, and then doing the four waves? That’s one set? Or am I just following the list doing drop strokes, waves, and then doing the grind insert? So I’m doing a whole total of that 10 times.
